Apply to a NETOS Lesson or to
the NETOS Training Program

REQUIREMENTS for Joining Lessons

Requirements are simple:

  • Must be in the NETOS Discord in voice channel throughout the Lesson

  • Communication in English

  • Must be willing to learn

  • Recommended to read your in-game post-Lesson EVE-mails

  • Mustn't be an asshole

FINDING A NETOS LESSON

NETOS delivers Lessons in a few ways:

NETOS Lessons of a specific topic are announced in advanced in an in-game Fleet Advert. This gives ample time for willing participants to join the Fleet, read the info in the Fleet window, decide if the Lesson is for them, travel to the Lesson's location, and join the NETOS Discord and voice channel to be ready on time for the Lesson to begin. The Fleet Advert will be removed by the time the Lesson begins to prevent participants from entering and missing out on Lesson material or holding up those present in the Lesson.

A Teacher might travel to a School System (where Career Agents are based) and advertise a NETOS Lesson Fleet in Local Chat. As mentioned above, no participants will be allowed to join once the Lesson has started.

You can join the NETOS Public Channel, accessible via the Info Window for the NETOS Corp, and speak with a "Teacher" or "Public Relationist" (you can see these titles at the top of the Capsuleer's Info Window). We can then arrange to meet you for a Lesson of your choice.

You can send an EVE-Mail to Dace Cad (you can search "Dace Cad" at the top left of your screen in-game) and request a Lesson. We can then arrange to meet you.

REQUIREMENTS for Joining NETOS

Corp Rules in short:

  1. Must be in a NETOS Discord in voice channel whenever online with your Character.

  2. Trainees and Teachers must be active (3 days a week minimum) or communicate any absence (Graduates and other roles have more flexibility in this matter).

  3. Do not engage in High-Sec Criminal Behavior.

  4. Do not destroy Corp Members' Ships... never again... sorry Alex.

  5. Do not attack Positive Standings player entities' Assets (NBSI).

  6. Do not react disrespectfully to any Capsuleer, even Corp Contacts with Bad Standing or War Enemies.

"But I am experienced and want to be a Teacher."

HOW TO APPLY to the
NETOS Corp or Training Program

  1. Search for "NETOS" at the top left of your screen in-game.

  2. Find the "New Eden Training on Speed" Corporation in the search results and pull up the info window.

  3. At the bottom of the info window there will be an option to "Apply to Join".

  4. Make sure you fill out a description of your situation in your application, or you will receive an in-game EVE-mail requesting more info.

Alternatively

Send a mail to the in-game character of Dace Cad (you can search "Dace Cad" at the top left of your screen in-game) and ask for more info.
